✨ Booking Policy – Please Read Before Scheduling • A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost and secure your appointment date and time.
* Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
* If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. One reschedule may be allowed at my discretion and your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
* No-call/no-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking again.
* Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
* Only book when you are certain of the style, date, and time you want.
